Transana: Qualitative Analysis software for audio and video - short course

Transana is an Open Source package to facilitate analyzing audio and video data. Here's what they say about it:
Transana is software for professional researchers who want to analyze digital video or audio data. Transana lets you analyze and manage your data in very sophisticated ways. Transcribe it, identify analytically interesting clips, assign keywords to clips, arrange and rearrange clips, create complex collections of interrelated clips, explore relationships between applied keywords, and share your analysis with colleagues. Celebrating Eid Mubarak or "Hari Raya"

All of muslim around the world will celebrate Eid Mubarak or "Hari Raya" on early October. I would like to wish them Happy Eid Mubarak or "Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri"... Faculty of Education will conduct the Education Postgraduate Research Seminar 2008 on 25 - 27 November 2008... Venue - Training Unit (Unit Latihan) ,UTM

EDUPRES 2008 or Education Postgraduate Research Seminar 2008 is trying to involve postgraduate’s students from different fields to sit together side-by-side arguing, criticizing, sharing, and discussing the same issue in Education Research, which is for the better preparation of their research focus. Therefore, the theme of this seminar is “Towards Inculcating Knowledge & Education Research Cultures”.

The major aim of EDUPRES 2008 was to give opportunity to postgraduate’s students and lecturers from Faculty of Education to share and voice out their ideas, innovative perspectives, and suggestions academically. Remember, “We Are Better When Working in Groups Rather Than Alone”. Therefore, students and lecturers are invited to participate in EDUPRES 2008.

Short Name for the Society

Well... the society has a quite long name... "Faculty of Education Postgraduate Society"... how about... we name the society as EduPoS .... what do you think about this shortname...please comment on this short name...
